Hi guys! So I booked Naomi's birthday party. I really struggled with whether to have it on a Saturday or a Sunday (I know Sunday's are typically family and worship days) but because the only times available on Saturday would land right after our soccer game (when the kiddos might be really tired and cranky) I went with Sunday. Naomi and I would really like her friends to be there. If the Sunday thing poses a problem for too many of you, I can reschedule for Saturday at 2:30, but I need to know rather quickly - and that is why I am posting this here.
Currently, this is the plan:

Sunday 2/14 (Valentine's day!!) @ 1:00 - 2:30
All members of the team are invited (of corse). Formal invites with a map and address forthcoming.
Another reason I chose Sunday is painting ornaments requires the kids to sit still and concentrate, and I know how difficult that is for me to do when I'm tired, let alone for 4 year olds.

oh man- that sounds like so much fun but it is right in the middle of church for many of us. I would say we could skip a week, but most of us have classes we are responsible for teaching during that block of time, and Jodi has to play the piano.

That was last year. Every year we get a different schedule and this year it is from 11-2.
